What is the AWC Program?

The Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor Program introduces students to the concepts upon which all life depends and shows how this ancient knowledge can restore health and prevent disease. The curriculum provides a comprehensive Ayurveda education focused on nutrition, daily routines, practices and preparations that maximise well-being.

Students gain a clear understanding of the mind, thought processes and their relationship to physical health. Graduates are equipped to serve their communities using the time-tested tools of Ayurvedic wellness.
