Stop and seek medical help if…
- Your eyes or skin turn yellow, urine becomes dark, or you have pain under the right ribs, nausea or loss of appetite — possible liver injury
- You develop a rash, swelling of the face or lips, or difficulty breathing — possible allergic reaction (call 108 / 112 if breathing is affected)
- You notice tingling or numbness, abdominal cramps, constipation, tiredness or paleness after taking a mineral-based medicine for weeks — possible metal toxicity
- Your blood sugar, blood pressure or blood-thinner (INR) readings change unexpectedly
